Estos sensores se encuentran com\u00fanmente en analizadores de SF6 y otros equipos de monitoreo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0d60b2\"><strong>Sensor de \u00f3xido de aluminio:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede que este sea un tipo de dise\u00f1o m\u00e1s antiguo, pero los sensores AL2O3 todav\u00eda se usan com\u00fanmente en la actualidad. Estos sensores funcionan muy bien dentro del rango de humedad esperado de la mayor\u00eda de los disyuntores de SF6 para exteriores, pero a veces pueden ser inexactos cuando miden SF6 muy seco (normalmente por debajo de 50 ppmv). Debido a que el sensor est\u00e1 expuesto a la humedad ambiental cuando est\u00e1 almacenado, es necesario secarlo con gas SF6 nuevo antes de usarlo (un proceso conocido como \u201cprueba de secado\u201d). Si se sospecha una desviaci\u00f3n excesiva del sensor debido a lecturas excesivamente h\u00famedas o resultados err\u00e1ticos, los dispositivos se pueden verificar en el campo utilizando un gas de cantidad conocida. El rango de medici\u00f3n ideal es de +20 \u00b0C a -50 \u00b0C, con un \u00edndice de precisi\u00f3n de +\/- 0,5 \u00b0C. Cajero autom\u00e1tico.
