{"id":7079,"date":"2022-06-28T16:14:12","date_gmt":"2022-06-28T16:14:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/?p=7079"},"modified":"2022-06-28T18:44:52","modified_gmt":"2022-06-28T18:44:52","slug":"3-grandes-cambios-en-las-reglas-de-informes-sf6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/es\/3-big-changes-to-sf6-reporting-rules\/","title":{"rendered":"Tres grandes cambios en las reglas de informes de SF6"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 21 de junio de 2022, la Agencia de Protecci\u00f3n Ambiental public\u00f3 su <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.federalregister.gov\/documents\/2022\/06\/21\/2022-09660\/revisions-and-confidentiality-determinations-for-data-elements-under-the-greenhouse-gas-reporting\">actualizaciones propuestas<\/a><\/strong> a la norma de notificaci\u00f3n de GEI. En su forma actual, la nueva propuesta significar\u00eda grandes cambios en la forma en que se reporta el SF6 aqu\u00ed en los Estados Unidos. Repasemos algunos puntos de mantenimiento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Umbrales m\u00e1s bajos para la presentaci\u00f3n de informes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el actual Programa de notificaci\u00f3n de gases de efecto invernadero, los propietarios y operadores de instalaciones de sistemas de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica con una capacidad nominal total que exceda <strong>17,820 libras (7,838 kg)<\/strong> de hexafluoruro de azufre (SF6) y\/o perfluorocarbonos (PFC) deben reportar las emisiones de SF6 y\/o PFC provenientes del uso de equipos de transmisi\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica. La EPA ahora propone incluir gases alternativos al SF6 en el c\u00e1lculo y cambiar a un total combinado de 25,000 toneladas m\u00e9tricas. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/energy\/greenhouse-gas-equivalencies-calculator#results\"><strong>equivalente de di\u00f3xido de carbono<\/strong><\/a> (mtCO2e). En pocas palabras, cada gas aislante tiene un n\u00famero equivalente de emisi\u00f3n de CO2 que se utilizar\u00e1 para determinar cu\u00e1ndo se alcanza el umbral. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las 25.000 toneladas m\u00e9tricas de di\u00f3xido de carbono equivalente pueden parecer una cifra elevada, pero en t\u00e9rminos de SF6, eso equivale a s\u00f3lo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/energy\/greenhouse-gas-equivalencies-calculator#results\">2,418 libras como nuevo umbral<\/a>. Eso es un <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">86% disminuci\u00f3n<\/span> en el nuevo umbral de presentaci\u00f3n de informes, lo que indica un gran cambio en el sentimiento hacia el futuro del SF6. Para leer m\u00e1s sobre esto, comience en la p\u00e1gina 81 del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.govinfo.gov\/content\/pkg\/FR-2022-06-21\/pdf\/2022-09660.pdf\"><strong>Documento del Registro Federal<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedimiento de ajuste de la placa de identificaci\u00f3n opcional<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>     Como mucha gente sabe, la capacidad nominal de GIE y&nbsp;<strong>actual<\/strong>&nbsp;La capacidad a menudo no coincide. Esto se vuelve m\u00e1s obvio cuando se desmantela GIE. Por ejemplo, una pieza de GIE muestra una capacidad de 100 libras de SF6 que figura en la placa de identificaci\u00f3n. El Sr. T\u00e9cnico tiene la tarea de desmantelar el GIE y solo puede recuperar 92 libras, incluso despu\u00e9s de seguir&nbsp;<strong>todo<\/strong>&nbsp;de los procedimientos adecuados. Ahora, durante los informes anuales, esto se mostrar\u00e1 como una emisi\u00f3n de 8 libras. Esto se conoce com\u00fanmente como \u201cemisi\u00f3n fantasma\u201d, porque seg\u00fan la f\u00f3rmula, esas 8 libras de gas \u201cfaltante\u201d tienen que ser una emisi\u00f3n. Puede haber muchas razones por las que la capacidad nominal no coincide con la capacidad real, entre ellas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El peso se basa en el volumen te\u00f3rico de GIE.<\/li><li>Revisiones a equipos sin capacidad de actualizaci\u00f3n, ej: diferentes bushings.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Medidores de densidad\/presi\u00f3n inexactos.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>     Bas\u00e1ndose en los comentarios de las empresas de servicios p\u00fablicos, la EPA reconoci\u00f3 que las imprecisiones en la placa de identificaci\u00f3n parec\u00edan ser la norma, no la excepci\u00f3n. Es por eso que proponen un procedimiento opcional para equipos mayores a 38Kv que puede ayudar a paliar este problema. Si est\u00e1 buscando equipo para realizar este nuevo procedimiento, hemos desarrollado medidores de presi\u00f3n\/temperatura, medidores de flujo m\u00e1sico, b\u00e1sculas y otras tecnolog\u00edas personalizadas que han estado en servicio con empresas de servicios p\u00fablicos de California que ya est\u00e1n realizando estos procedimientos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tolerancias del equipo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>     Los dispositivos de medici\u00f3n utilizados para medir la capacidad nominal de los equipos el\u00e9ctricos seg\u00fan este cambio de regla propuesto deben cumplir con los siguientes requisitos de exactitud y precisi\u00f3n: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Medidores de flujo<\/strong>: debe estar certificado por el fabricante para que sea exacto y preciso dentro de <strong>uno porciento<\/strong> del valor m\u00e1s grande que el medidor de flujo puede, seg\u00fan las especificaciones del fabricante, registrar con precisi\u00f3n.
