Ces capteurs se trouvent couramment dans les analyseurs SF6 et autres \u00e9quipements de surveillance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0d60b2\"><strong>Capteur d&#039;oxyde d&#039;aluminium\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&#039;agit peut-\u00eatre d&#039;un type de conception plus ancien, mais les capteurs AL2O3 sont encore couramment utilis\u00e9s aujourd&#039;hui. Ces capteurs existants sont utilis\u00e9s dans une plage de temp\u00e9ratures de +20\u00b0C \u00e0 -70\u00b0C avec une pr\u00e9cision de +\/- 3\u00b0C atm. Lorsqu&#039;ils ne sont pas utilis\u00e9s, les capteurs sont conserv\u00e9s dans une chambre remplie de dessicant (une substance hygroscopique utilis\u00e9e comme agent dess\u00e9chant). Lorsqu&#039;il est temps de prendre une mesure, le dessicant est retir\u00e9, ce qui expose le capteur au gaz. Ce processus est appel\u00e9 \u00ab test de mouillage \u00bb car le SF6 pr\u00e9sente des niveaux d&#039;humidit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que le dessicant. Les capteurs d\u2019oxyde d\u2019aluminium fonctionnent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement mieux sur des gaz tr\u00e8s secs. Malheureusement, le capteur est connu pour pi\u00e9ger le SF6 sur sa surface, conduisant \u00e0 de fausses lectures s\u00e8ches. Les capteurs AL203 doivent \u00eatre calibr\u00e9s plus souvent que les autres et doivent \u00eatre acclimat\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;humidit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature ambiantes pendant quelques heures si le capteur n&#039;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0d60b2\"><strong>Polym\u00e8res capacitifs<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces capteurs sont un choix populaire en raison de leur nature robuste, de leur r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 et de leur moindre co\u00fbt. La plage de mesure pr\u00e9cise est d&#039;environ +20\u00b0C \u00e0 -60\u00b0C, avec une pr\u00e9cision de +\/- 2\u00b0C atm. Ces capteurs fonctionnent tr\u00e8s bien dans la plage d&#039;humidit\u00e9 attendue de la plupart des disjoncteurs SF6 ext\u00e9rieurs, mais peuvent parfois \u00eatre inexacts lors de la mesure de SF6 tr\u00e8s sec (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 50 ppmv). \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le capteur est expos\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;humidit\u00e9 ambiante lorsqu&#039;il est stock\u00e9, il doit \u00eatre s\u00e9ch\u00e9 avec du gaz SF6 neuf avant de l&#039;utiliser (un processus appel\u00e9 \u00ab test de s\u00e9chage \u00bb). Si une d\u00e9rive excessive du capteur est suspect\u00e9e en raison de lectures excessivement humides ou de r\u00e9sultats irr\u00e9guliers, les appareils peuvent \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s sur le terrain \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;un gaz de quantit\u00e9 connue. Sinon, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de renvoyer l&#039;appareil au fabricant pour r\u00e9paration\/\u00e9talonnage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0d60b2\"><strong>Miroir r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.michell.com\/us\/technology\/chilled-mirror.htm#:~:text=A%20miniature%20polished%20stainless%20steel,form%20on%20the%20mirror%20surface.\"><strong>Capteur de miroir refroidi<\/strong><\/a> est hautement consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme l\u2019un des capteurs les plus pr\u00e9cis. La plage de mesure typique est de +20\u00b0C \u00e0 -50\u00b0C, avec une pr\u00e9cision de +\/- 0,2\u00b0C. au m. Pendant le fonctionnement, une surface de miroir polie est refroidie au point o\u00f9 de la condensation se forme sur la surface du miroir. Une lecture de temp\u00e9rature est ensuite mesur\u00e9e. Cette temp\u00e9rature de condensation \u00e9tant sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 la concentration de vapeur d\u2019eau, des r\u00e9sultats extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9cis sont obtenus sans utilisation de capteurs d\u2019humidit\u00e9. Malheureusement, les miroirs refroidis n\u00e9cessitent un environnement tr\u00e8s propre, ce qui se traduit par beaucoup de nettoyage pour une unit\u00e9 souvent utilis\u00e9e sur le terrain. Le nettoyage du miroir n\u00e9cessite un d\u00e9montage rapide et l&#039;utilisation d&#039;un coton-tige st\u00e9rile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0d60b2\"><strong><strong>NDIR (infrarouge non dispersif)<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le NDIR est connu pour avoir un temps de r\u00e9ponse extr\u00eamement rapide et des lectures pr\u00e9cises. La plage de mesure id\u00e9ale est de +20\u00b0C \u00e0 -50\u00b0C, avec une pr\u00e9cision de +\/- 0,5\u00b0C. au m. Pendant la mesure, un \u00e9metteur IR \u00e0 large bande fait passer la lumi\u00e8re \u00e0 travers une petite chambre contenant un \u00e9chantillon de gaz \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. Un filtre optique plac\u00e9 devant le d\u00e9tecteur \u00e9limine toutes les longueurs d&#039;onde IR sauf celle absorb\u00e9e par le gaz. La concentration du gaz est ensuite mesur\u00e9e par l&#039;absorption d&#039;une longueur d&#039;onde sp\u00e9cifique. Les avantages du NDIR sont qu&#039;il ne contient aucun consommable, aucune d\u00e9rive due \u00e0 la d\u00e9gradation du capteur et qu&#039;il est imperm\u00e9able aux sous-produits de l&#039;arc. L\u2019inconv\u00e9nient de cette technologie est que l\u2019op\u00e9rateur doit pr\u00eater une tr\u00e8s grande attention aux proc\u00e9dures de manipulation et de test en raison de la tr\u00e8s petite quantit\u00e9 de gaz utilis\u00e9e pour chaque mesure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:58px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Besoin d&#039;aide avec les produits\/services SF6\u00a0?
