La liste interminable de noms, de tailles, d\u2019acronymes, de produits d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9\u2026 cela peut \u00eatre un peu \u00e9crasant pour quelqu\u2019un sans exp\u00e9rience pr\u00e9alable. Le but de ce guide est de fournir un cadre d\u00e9taill\u00e9 pour travailler avec et identifier les raccords de gaz SF6, \u00e9crit sp\u00e9cifiquement pour quelqu&#039;un ayant peu ou pas de connaissances au d\u00e9part. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Identifier les raccords courants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:36px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rainure et languette<\/strong> <strong>(DN8, DN20, etc.)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceux-ci utilisent un contact m\u00e9tal sur m\u00e9tal pour sceller une fois serr\u00e9s. Ces types de raccords fonctionnent bien en pr\u00e9sence de vibrations, sous vide ou sous pression positive, et peuvent rester \u00e9tanches dans une large plage de temp\u00e9ratures. L&#039;avantage de ces joints est qu&#039;ils ne peuvent pas \u00eatre trop serr\u00e9s, mais les surfaces d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 doivent rester propres. Les tailles les plus courantes pour les appareillages SF6 sont DN8 et DN20, mais d&#039;autres tailles moins courantes incluent DN6, DN12 et DN40. DN signifie&nbsp;<em>diam\u00e8tre nominal<\/em>, qui indique la taille d&#039;un tuyau (en particulier son diam\u00e8tre int\u00e9rieur) en millim\u00e8tres (mm). Ceci est accompli \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;un joint torique ou d&#039;une rondelle coll\u00e9e qui peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 au fil du temps. Un produit d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 pour filetage \u00e0 base de t\u00e9flon peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme moyen de lubrification si le raccord est difficile \u00e0 serrer, mais assurez-vous que le produit d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 ne se retrouve pas sur les surfaces d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 r\u00e9elles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Raccords \u00e9vas\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces raccords \u00e0 compression sont scell\u00e9s par contact direct m\u00e9tal sur m\u00e9tal ou \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;un joint en cuivre entre les deux surfaces \u00e9vas\u00e9es oppos\u00e9es. Ceux-ci sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s au NPT car aucun produit d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 pour filetage suppl\u00e9mentaire n&#039;est requis. Gardez \u00e0 l&#039;esprit que ces raccords sont disponibles dans les versions JIC (37\u00b0) et SAE (45\u00b0) qui ne sont pas interchangeables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6946\" width=\"150\" height=\"159\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-1.png 340w, https:\/\/gasquip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-1-283x300.png 283w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Raccords \u00e0 compression<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compos\u00e9s d&#039;un \u00e9crou de compression externe et d&#039;une bague ou virole de compression interne, ces raccords assurent l&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 en appliquant une quantit\u00e9 pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9e de couple \u00e0 la bague de compression. Les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de la virole sont serr\u00e9es autour du tuyau et le milieu de la virole s&#039;\u00e9loigne du tuyau, ce qui rend la virole effectivement plus \u00e9paisse. Le r\u00e9sultat est que la virole scelle l\u2019espace entre le tuyau, l\u2019\u00e9crou et le raccord de r\u00e9ception, formant ainsi un joint \u00e9tanche. Un serrage excessif peut provoquer des dommages et des fuites, alors assurez-vous de respecter les sp\u00e9cifications de couple correctes. Pour le port auquel le tuyau d\u2019\u00e9chantillon se connecte, le raccord est appel\u00e9 \u00ab Rectus Type 21 \u00bb. Le port auquel le tuyau de stockage auxiliaire (sac de gaz, bouteille suppl\u00e9mentaire) se connecte est appel\u00e9 \u00ab Rectus Type 20 \u00bb. Ce sont des raccords auto-obturants \u00e0 ressort et pouvant \u00eatre actionn\u00e9s \u00e0 la main. \u00c9vitez toujours d&#039;utiliser un produit d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 pour filetage lorsque vous travaillez avec ces types de raccords ou d&#039;analyseurs en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. On sait que les d\u00e9gagements gazeux du scellant contaminent les \u00e9chantillons de gaz et perturbent les lectures. Les cylindres SF6 seront livr\u00e9s avec une tige de valve dot\u00e9e d&#039;un CGA 590 femelle, et un r\u00e9gulateur SF6 aura un CGA 590 m\u00e2le (mamelon et \u00e9crou). Cette variante d&#039;une connexion CGA est appel\u00e9e \u00ab Bullet Nose \u00bb, ce qui indique que le joint est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur les surfaces m\u00e9tal sur m\u00e9tal, et non \u00e0 partir des filetages. Une erreur courante que font les gens est d\u2019appliquer du ruban t\u00e9flon sur l\u2019\u00e9crou pour obtenir un joint. En fait, le ruban adh\u00e9sif provoquera une fuite et ne l\u2019emp\u00eachera g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas. Lorsque du ruban adh\u00e9sif est appliqu\u00e9 sur l&#039;\u00e9crou CGA, il emp\u00eache le nez du CGA \u00e0 nez ogival d&#039;entrer enti\u00e8rement en contact avec la surface de contact \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur du robinet de la bouteille. Pour les raccords \u00e0 rainure et languette, un serrage \u00e0 la main (ou un l\u00e9ger serrage avec une cl\u00e9 \u00e0 molette) est tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Lorsqu&#039;il s&#039;agit de tout autre style de raccords, je renvoie normalement les gens au <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adaptall.com\/info-tutorials\/how-to-install-fittings-adapters.php\">Guide d&#039;installation d&#039;Adaptall<\/a><\/strong> car il va tr\u00e8s en profondeur et couvre une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de types de connexion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:36px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>R\u00e9parer les fuites<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rainure et languette<\/strong> <strong>(DN8, DN20, etc.)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les raccords \u00e0 rainure et languette scellent sur une surface m\u00e9tal sur m\u00e9tal, les fuites sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement caus\u00e9es par des impuret\u00e9s trouv\u00e9es entre les deux zones d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 ou par des dommages physiques. En cas de fuite, d\u00e9solidarisez les raccords et nettoyez soigneusement les surfaces d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 (languette et rainure). V\u00e9rifiez et nettoyez le reste du raccord et des filetages. Si n\u00e9cessaire, avant le remontage, appliquez un <strong><em><u>non<\/u><\/em><\/strong>-lubrifiant \u00e0 base d&#039;huile pour les filetages. Assurez-vous de ne pas mettre de lubrifiant sur les surfaces d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, car il s&#039;agit d&#039;un contaminant de surface qui peut provoquer des fuites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Raccords \u00e9vas\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu&#039;une fuite se produit, une cause courante est la contamination de la surface (particules\/salet\u00e9) entre les deux surfaces d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 coniques. Pour r\u00e9parer la fuite, \u00e9teignez d&#039;abord tout SF<sub>6<\/sub> flux qui pourrait passer par les raccords. Ensuite, d\u00e9montez les deux raccords correspondants. Nettoyer les surfaces d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et remonter. Si vous constatez des dommages physiques lors de l&#039;inspection, tels qu&#039;un concave dans la surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, remplacez les pi\u00e8ces endommag\u00e9es. Apr\u00e8s le nettoyage ou le remplacement, serrez (re)l&#039;\u00e9crou \u00e9vas\u00e9 avec une cl\u00e9 dynamom\u00e9trique r\u00e9gl\u00e9e au couple sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 par le fabricant et v\u00e9rifiez l&#039;absence de fuites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Raccords NPT\u00a0: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu&#039;une fuite se produit, une cause courante est la contamination de la surface (particules\/salet\u00e9) entre les deux surfaces d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 coniques. Pour r\u00e9parer la fuite, \u00e9teignez d&#039;abord tout SF<sub>6<\/sub> flux qui pourrait passer par les raccords. Ensuite, d\u00e9montez les deux raccords correspondants. Nettoyer les surfaces d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et remonter. Si vous constatez des dommages physiques lors de l&#039;inspection, tels qu&#039;un concave dans la surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, remplacez les pi\u00e8ces endommag\u00e9es. Apr\u00e8s le nettoyage ou le remplacement, serrez (re)l&#039;\u00e9crou \u00e9vas\u00e9 avec une cl\u00e9 dynamom\u00e9trique r\u00e9gl\u00e9e au couple sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 par le fabricant et v\u00e9rifiez l&#039;absence de fuites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Raccords \u00e0 filetage parall\u00e8le\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9parer une connexion \u00e0 filetage droit (BSP), tournez d&#039;abord n&#039;importe quel SF<sub>6<\/sub> flux qui pourrait transiter par le point de connexion. D\u00e9vissez les deux raccords homologues et inspectez les filetages des c\u00f4t\u00e9s m\u00e2le et femelle pour d\u00e9celer tout dommage physique. Ensuite, inspectez le joint d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 ou le joint torique pour d\u00e9celer tout dommage. S&#039;il y a des signes de fissures ou d&#039;imperfections, un remplacement est n\u00e9cessaire. Avant d&#039;installer le joint, nettoyez soigneusement les surfaces planes d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Raccords \u00e0 compression<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceux-ci fuiront pour quatre raisons principales\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Assemblage incorrect du raccord de tube<\/li><li>Joint m\u00e9tal sur m\u00e9tal peu fiable<\/li><li>Mauvaise s\u00e9lection et pr\u00e9paration des tubes<\/li><li>M\u00e9lange et\/ou \u00e9change de composants de raccords de tubes de diff\u00e9rents fabricants<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Si un raccord \u00e0 compression fuit, v\u00e9rifiez d\u2019abord que l\u2019\u00e9crou a \u00e9t\u00e9 serr\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 du serrage manuel. Si c&#039;est le cas, essayez de serrer la connexion d&#039;un quart de tour pour voir si le probl\u00e8me est r\u00e9solu.
