O potencial do g\u00e1s come\u00e7ou a ser explorado em 1937, quando a GE come\u00e7ou a fazer experi\u00eancias com SF<sub>6<\/sub> como meio de extin\u00e7\u00e3o de arco. O g\u00e1s seria mais tarde produzido em massa, primeiro pela Allied Chemical Corp, e come\u00e7aria a se tornar popular em equipamentos de comuta\u00e7\u00e3o de alta tens\u00e3o na d\u00e9cada de 1960. SF<sub>6<\/sub> O g\u00e1s tem sido usado em uma variedade de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es desde seu in\u00edcio, incluindo: cirurgia ocular, t\u00eanis Nike Air, vidra\u00e7as com isolamento ac\u00fastico, amortecedores e muito mais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:41px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aquecimento Global e SF6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando se trata de medir o Potencial de Aquecimento Global (GWP) de um determinado g\u00e1s, o CO2 tem sido historicamente utilizado como refer\u00eancia, com um GWP de 1 durante um per\u00edodo de 100 anos. Nessa escala, o SF6 tem um PAG de 23.900, o que significa que \u00e9 23.900 vezes mais potente como g\u00e1s de efeito estufa do que o CO2. Na verdade, \u00e9 o g\u00e1s com efeito de estufa mais potente alguma vez avaliado de acordo com o Painel Intergovernamental sobre Altera\u00e7\u00f5es Clim\u00e1ticas. Para colocar isso em perspectiva, dois carros a g\u00e1s parados durante um ano inteiro teriam o mesmo efeito de aquecimento global que liberar uma garrafa de g\u00e1s SF6 por 10 segundos. No entanto, \u00e9 importante notar que SF6 \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por <a href=\"https:\/\/cfpub.epa.gov\/ghgdata\/inventoryexplorer\/#allsectors\/allsectors\/allgas\/gas\/all\"><strong>menos de 1%<\/strong><\/a> de todas as emiss\u00f5es de gases de efeito estufa dos EUA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/image-6.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6550\" width=\"513\" height=\"203\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/image-6.png 667w, https:\/\/gasquip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/image-6-300x119.png 300w, https:\/\/gasquip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/image-6-600x237.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 513px) 100vw, 513px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:41px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O novo regulamento CARB SF6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A primeira parte do <a href=\"https:\/\/ww2.arb.ca.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/barcu\/regact\/2020\/sf6\/fro.pdf\"><strong>\u201cPropostas de Emendas ao Regulamento para Redu\u00e7\u00e3o de Emiss\u00f5es de Hexafluoreto de Enxofre de Pain\u00e9is Isolados a G\u00e1s\u201d<\/strong><\/a> \u00e9 o plano de elimina\u00e7\u00e3o gradual do GIE baseado em SF6. Aqui est\u00e1 um resumo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Phase-Out-dates.png\" alt=\"Elimina\u00e7\u00e3o gradual do SF6\" class=\"wp-image-6547\" width=\"435\" height=\"319\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Phase-Out-dates.png 722w, https:\/\/gasquip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Phase-Out-dates-300x220.png 300w, https:\/\/gasquip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Phase-Out-dates-600x440.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 435px) 100vw, 435px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Este plano de elimina\u00e7\u00e3o progressiva permite que as instala\u00e7\u00f5es existentes de SF6 operem at\u00e9 o fim de sua vida \u00fatil. Cada \u201cdata de elimina\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d significa simplesmente que as concession\u00e1rias ser\u00e3o impedidas de comprar esse tipo de GIE ap\u00f3s a data listada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:41px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cumprindo o limite de emiss\u00f5es de SF6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As concession\u00e1rias da Calif\u00f3rnia \u201cn\u00e3o devem exceder seu limite anual de emiss\u00f5es\u201d, conforme calculado pela se\u00e7\u00e3o 95354.1 (c) na nova ordem regulamentar. Parte desta equa\u00e7\u00e3o envolve conhecer o \u201caumento l\u00edquido na capacidade total de GIE ativos de propriedade\u201d. Como muitas pessoas sabem, a capacidade da placa de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o GIE e\u00a0<strong>real<\/strong>\u00a0capacidade muitas vezes n\u00e3o concordam. Torna-se mais \u00f3bvio ao desmantelar o GIE. Por exemplo, um peda\u00e7o de GIE mostra capacidade de SF6 de 100 libras listada na placa de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o. O Sr. T\u00e9cnico \u00e9 encarregado de desativar o GIE e s\u00f3 consegue recuperar 92 libras, mesmo depois de seguir <strong>todos<\/strong>\u00a0dos procedimentos adequados. Agora, durante o relat\u00f3rio anual, isso ser\u00e1 mostrado como uma emiss\u00e3o de 8 libras. Isto \u00e9 comumente referido como uma \u201cemiss\u00e3o fantasma\u201d, porque de acordo com a f\u00f3rmula, esses 8 libras de g\u00e1s \u201causente\u201d devem ser uma emiss\u00e3o. Pode haver v\u00e1rios motivos pelos quais a capacidade indicada na placa de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o corresponde \u00e0 capacidade real, incluindo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>O peso \u00e9 baseado no volume te\u00f3rico do GIE.<\/li><li>Revis\u00f5es em equipamentos sem atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de capacidade, ex: buchas diferentes.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Medidores de densidade\/press\u00e3o imprecisos.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Com base no feedback das concession\u00e1rias, a CARB reconheceu que as imprecis\u00f5es na placa de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o pareciam ser a norma, n\u00e3o a exce\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 por isso que eles adicionaram um procedimento opcional para ajudar a aliviar esse problema: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:41px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedimento opcional de ajuste de capacidade da placa de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O CARB agora permite um procedimento opcional de ajuste \u00fanico da capacidade da placa de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o para que os propriet\u00e1rios de GIE possam obter suas placas de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o o mais pr\u00f3ximo poss\u00edvel da capacidade real (se\u00e7\u00e3o 95357.2 do novo pedido). Ap\u00f3s notificar o CARB da inten\u00e7\u00e3o de fazer um ajuste, o procedimento \u00e9 o seguinte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Registre a press\u00e3o inicial do sistema e a temperatura do recipiente antes de remover qualquer g\u00e1s isolante usando um <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/pt\/produtos\/kit-adaptador-de-medidor-de-precisao\/\">Medidor de press\u00e3o<\/a><\/strong> atendendo aos requisitos m\u00ednimos de precis\u00e3o da se\u00e7\u00e3o 95354(f)(2) e um <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/pt\/produtos\/kit-adaptador-de-medidor-de-precisao\/\">medidor de temperatura<\/a><\/strong> atendendo aos requisitos m\u00ednimos de precis\u00e3o da se\u00e7\u00e3o 95354(f)(3).<\/li><li>Converta a press\u00e3o inicial do sistema em uma press\u00e3o inicial do sistema com compensa\u00e7\u00e3o de temperatura usando a curva de temperatura\/press\u00e3o especificada pelo fabricante ou outros materiais fornecidos pelo fabricante que podem ser usados para converter a press\u00e3o inicial do sistema em uma press\u00e3o inicial do sistema com compensa\u00e7\u00e3o de temperatura<\/li><li>Se a press\u00e3o inicial do sistema com compensa\u00e7\u00e3o de temperatura do dispositivo GIE n\u00e3o corresponder \u00e0 press\u00e3o operacional de projeto com compensa\u00e7\u00e3o de temperatura especificada pelo fabricante, adicione ou remova g\u00e1s isolante de\/para o dispositivo GIE at\u00e9 que o valor especificado pelo fabricante seja alcan\u00e7ado.<\/li><li>Siga um dos seguintes processos, dependendo da metodologia utilizada para medir a quantidade de g\u00e1s recuperado:<br>     (A) Conecte um <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/pt\/produtos\/sistema-de-pesagem-de-gas-sentinela\/\">Medidor de fluxo de massa<\/a><\/strong> entre o dispositivo GIE e um carrinho de g\u00e1s; ou<br>     (B) <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/pt\/produtos\/escala-de-peso-do-cilindro\/\">Pesar o g\u00e1s<\/a><\/strong> recipiente utilizado para receber o g\u00e1s e registrar esse valor.<\/li><li> Recupere o g\u00e1s isolante do dispositivo GIE at\u00e9 cinco minutos ap\u00f3s a press\u00e3o no dispositivo GIE atingir a press\u00e3o de fechamento.<\/li><li>Registre a quantidade de g\u00e1s isolante recuperado (libras), com base na leitura do <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/pt\/produtos\/sistema-de-pesagem-de-gas-sentinela\/\">Medidor de fluxo de massa<\/a>,<\/strong> ou pela <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/pt\/produtos\/escala-de-peso-do-cilindro\/\">pesando o g\u00e1s<\/a><\/strong> recipiente que<br>recebeu o g\u00e1s e subtraindo o peso registrado de acordo com a se\u00e7\u00e3o 95357.2(c)(4)(B) deste valor. A quantidade de g\u00e1s recuperada ser\u00e1 a capacidade nominal revisada do dispositivo GIE.<\/li><li>Registre a press\u00e3o final do sistema.<br><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:41px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Equipamento necess\u00e1rio para procedimento de ajuste de capacidade<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/pt\/produtos\/kit-adaptador-de-medidor-de-precisao\/\"><strong>Medidor de press\u00e3o e temperatura de precis\u00e3o<\/strong> <\/a>\u2013 Desenvolvemos um kit que cont\u00e9m um man\u00f4metro de press\u00e3o e temperatura de precis\u00e3o personalizado que atende aos requisitos estabelecidos pela CARB (ver p\u00e1gina 23 do Pedido Final de Regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o).
