Quando uma amostra de g\u00e1s SF6 \u00e9 retirada de um equipamento, ela \u00e9 comparada com as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es do fabricante para verificar se o g\u00e1s e o equipamento est\u00e3o em uma faixa aceit\u00e1vel de integridade. Se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o tiver certeza se o equipamento cont\u00e9m ou n\u00e3o algum contaminante, \u00e9 mais seguro presumir que sim. Quaisquer eventos de arco voltaico (gerando calor &gt; 380\u00b0F) criar\u00e3o subprodutos, portanto, todos os operadores que trabalham no GIE que foi previamente instalado devem seguir todas as precau\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a recomendadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e9todos de teste de g\u00e1s SF6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Existem tr\u00eas m\u00e9todos comumente usados para testar o g\u00e1s; testes no local usando um analisador de campo, an\u00e1lise de laborat\u00f3rio e monitoramento on-line. Especifica\u00e7\u00f5es do fabricante, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/eps-partnership\"><strong>requisitos governamentais\/organizacionais<\/strong><\/a>e outros fatores determinar\u00e3o qual m\u00e9todo ser\u00e1 usado. Cada m\u00e9todo tem v\u00e1rios graus de precis\u00e3o, efici\u00eancia e custos que tornam importante a escolha do m\u00e9todo certo. Para os fins deste artigo, nos concentraremos no uso de um analisador de n\u00edvel de campo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evitando Contaminantes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de nos aprofundarmos em como realizar testes, \u00e9 importante dar um r\u00e1pido passo atr\u00e1s e ver como lidar adequadamente com o SF6 que est\u00e1 sendo analisado. Lembre-se de que os resultados da an\u00e1lise s\u00e3o t\u00e3o bons quanto a amostra que voc\u00ea fornece ao dispositivo de medi\u00e7\u00e3o. De modo geral, os materiais normalmente usados para lidar com SF6 n\u00e3o t\u00eam impacto na pureza ou na amostragem de subprodutos do arco. Embora n\u00e3o haja problema em manusear SF6 com pe\u00e7as que contenham borracha, como mangueiras, ele \u00e9 uma importante fonte de contamina\u00e7\u00e3o por umidade para os pequenos volumes de SF6 usados para an\u00e1lise e DEVE ser evitado. As mangueiras de amostragem s\u00e3o normalmente feitas de material do tipo Teflon com conex\u00f5es de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel. Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 importante que os reguladores utilizados contenham diafragmas de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel, Hastelloy ou lat\u00e3o. Alguns erros comuns de manuseio tamb\u00e9m podem ter um impacto negativo. Isso inclui:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Manuseio incorreto de equipamentos de amostragem, mangueiras e acess\u00f3rios. O suor dos dedos de algu\u00e9m que atinge a superf\u00edcie de uma conex\u00e3o pode causar um grande aumento na umidade.<\/li><li>Vazamento em uma mangueira ou conex\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m pode introduzir umidade na amostra. Em certos dispositivos, tamb\u00e9m pode levar a uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o na pureza do g\u00e1s.<\/li><li>Testar quando as temperaturas ambientes est\u00e3o muito baixas pode levar a leituras falsas de seco.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Antes de come\u00e7ar, seu dispositivo est\u00e1 funcionando corretamente?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seja revisando folhetos de novos dispositivos ou tentando verificar se as unidades existentes est\u00e3o funcionando adequadamente, \u00e9 muito importante compreender as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es de cada tipo de sensor usado por um analisador. As toler\u00e2ncias para cada tipo transmitem o que \u00e9 esperado ao medir em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a um valor conhecido. As leituras no dispositivo devem estar entre 97,5% e 98,5%. Se as leituras estiverem fora dessa faixa, seu sensor precisar\u00e1 de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o. <br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><span style=\"color:#0d60b2\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Produtos de decomposi\u00e7\u00e3o (SO2, HF, CF4, H2S, CO, etc.) (ppmV)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em><strong>Toler\u00e2ncia anunciada do sensor: <\/strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\"><strong><u>+<\/u> Leitura em escala real 2%, faixa de 0 a 500 ppmV<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Teste de exemplo:<\/strong> Cilindro de g\u00e1s de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o certificado para 200 ppmv SO2. Em 2% (de 500), a toler\u00e2ncia do seu sensor \u00e9 de \u00b110 ppmV. Portanto, se voc\u00ea testar o sensor contra esse g\u00e1s de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o e ele n\u00e3o ler entre 190-210 ppmV, o sensor estar\u00e1 fora da toler\u00e2ncia. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><span style=\"color:#0d60b2\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>H2O<\/strong> <strong>(Ponto de orvalho \u00b0C)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"> <em><strong>Toler\u00e2ncia anunciada do sensor:<\/strong>  <em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\"><strong><u>+<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/em> <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\"><strong>2\u00b0C com faixa de -60\u00baC a \u00b120\u00baC<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem; font-weight: inherit;\"><strong>Teste de exemplo:<\/strong> Cilindro de g\u00e1s de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o certificado a -36\u00baC. Seu analisador precisa ler entre -34\u00baC e -38\u00baC. Se a leitura n\u00e3o estiver dentro desses limites, o sensor est\u00e1 fora da toler\u00e2ncia. <\/span><br><br><br><strong>*Observa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> que muitos analisadores usam ppmV em vez de ponto de orvalho. Num disjuntor, o g\u00e1s est\u00e1 sempre na forma de vapor, portanto as leituras tendem a ser bastante est\u00e1veis e repet\u00edveis. Num cilindro, entretanto, o oposto \u00e9 verdadeiro. Os cilindros geralmente cont\u00eam l\u00edquido e vapor. A por\u00e7\u00e3o de vapor no topo do g\u00e1s liquefeito \u00e9 chamada de cabe\u00e7a ou espa\u00e7o de vapor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/image-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6519\" width=\"217\" height=\"217\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/image-5.png 308w, https:\/\/gasquip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/image-5-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/gasquip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/image-5-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/gasquip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/image-5-100x100.png 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 217px) 100vw, 217px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A umidade tende a ficar no espa\u00e7o livre dentro das garrafas. Esta \u00e9 a principal raz\u00e3o pela qual existem dois padr\u00f5es diferentes para SF6 em cilindros, um para l\u00edquido (ASTM) e outro para fases de vapor (CIGRE). Os dispositivos de n\u00edvel de campo n\u00e3o podem testar a partir da fase l\u00edquida, portanto devem ser usados padr\u00f5es aplic\u00e1veis ao headspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao testar o espa\u00e7o de vapor, o primeiro teste normalmente ser\u00e1 o mais \u00famido. Cada teste realizado em sequ\u00eancia ser\u00e1 mais seco a cada teste. Isso acontece por dois motivos: 1) SF seco<sub>6<\/sub> est\u00e1 vaporizando e diluindo os n\u00edveis de umidade. 2) ocorre uma tremenda perda de energia quando SF<sub>6<\/sub> vaporiza causando uma queda de temperatura que faz com que a umidade se condense e congele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dicas Gerais<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Analisadores de G\u00e1s com Sistemas Pump Back:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>O recurso de retorno da bomba s\u00f3 funciona at\u00e9 um m\u00e1ximo de 145 psig<\/li><li>N\u00e3o pode bombear de volta para cilindros com SF6 liquefeito dentro<\/li><li>Os reguladores permitem o fluxo de g\u00e1s apenas em uma dire\u00e7\u00e3o. N\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel bombear de volta atrav\u00e9s de um regulador.<\/li><li>Antes de bombear o g\u00e1s de amostra de volta para um disjuntor, certifique-se de que nenhum teste adicional seja necess\u00e1rio naquele dia. Testar novamente o SF6 ap\u00f3s o retorno da bomba resultar\u00e1 em uma leitura incorreta de umidade, normalmente um aumento acentuado. \u00c9 introduzida apenas uma pequena quantidade de umidade, mas leva tempo para o g\u00e1s se homogeneizar novamente. Espere pelo menos 24 horas.<\/li><li>Os analisadores com recurso de bombeamento ret\u00eam de 2 a 3 amostras. Se forem necess\u00e1rios testes adicionais no mesmo volume de g\u00e1s, tenha dispon\u00edvel uma bolsa de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s para esvaziar o dispositivo antes de bombear de volta.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Outras notas gerais:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>N\u00e3o use Loctite\/vedante de rosca l\u00edquido em quaisquer conex\u00f5es usadas para amostragem de SF6. A libera\u00e7\u00e3o de gases qu\u00edmicos pode danificar o equipamento de teste.<\/li><li>\u00c9 normal que os valores de umidade diminuam nos cilindros ao realizar v\u00e1rios testes consecutivos. Isso \u00e9 causado pelo resfriamento do g\u00e1s durante a vaporiza\u00e7\u00e3o e pela entrada de g\u00e1s muito seco no espa\u00e7o de vapor.<\/li><li>Sempre certifique-se de que seu dispositivo esteja carregado antes de sair para um local de trabalho. <br><br><br><strong>Confuso?
