As extremidades da ponteira s\u00e3o fixadas ao redor do tubo e o meio da ponteira se curva para longe do tubo, tornando a ponteira efetivamente mais espessa. O resultado \u00e9 que a ponteira veda o espa\u00e7o entre o tubo, a porca e a conex\u00e3o receptora, formando assim uma junta estanque. Apertar demais pode causar danos e vazamentos, portanto, certifique-se de seguir as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es de torque corretas. Para a porta \u00e0 qual a mangueira de amostra se conecta, a conex\u00e3o \u00e9 chamada de \u201cRectus Tipo 21\u201d. Sabe-se que a libera\u00e7\u00e3o de gases do selante contamina amostras de gases e atrapalha as leituras. Certifique-se de n\u00e3o deixar nenhum lubrificante nas superf\u00edcies de veda\u00e7\u00e3o, pois \u00e9 um contaminante superficial e pode causar vazamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Acess\u00f3rios de alargamento:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando ocorre vazamento, uma causa comum \u00e9 a contamina\u00e7\u00e3o da superf\u00edcie (part\u00edculas\/sujeira) entre as duas superf\u00edcies c\u00f4nicas de veda\u00e7\u00e3o. Para consertar o vazamento, primeiro desligue qualquer SF<sub>6<\/sub> fluxo que pode estar passando pelas conex\u00f5es. Em seguida, desmonte os dois acess\u00f3rios correspondentes. Desparafuse os dois acess\u00f3rios correspondentes e inspecione as roscas nos lados macho e f\u00eamea quanto a danos f\u00edsicos. Em seguida, inspecione a junta de veda\u00e7\u00e3o ou o anel de veda\u00e7\u00e3o quanto a danos.
