{"id":7079,"date":"2022-06-28T16:14:12","date_gmt":"2022-06-28T16:14:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/?p=7079"},"modified":"2022-06-28T18:44:52","modified_gmt":"2022-06-28T18:44:52","slug":"3-grandes-mudancas-nas-regras-de-relatorios-sf6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gasquip.com\/pt\/3-big-changes-to-sf6-reporting-rules\/","title":{"rendered":"3 grandes mudan\u00e7as nas regras de relat\u00f3rios do SF6"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Em 21 de junho de 2022, a Ag\u00eancia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental publicou seu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.federalregister.gov\/documents\/2022\/06\/21\/2022-09660\/revisions-and-confidentiality-determinations-for-data-elements-under-the-greenhouse-gas-reporting\">atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es propostas<\/a><\/strong> \u00e0 regra de reporte de GEE. Na sua forma atual, a nova proposta significaria grandes mudan\u00e7as na forma como o SF6 \u00e9 relatado aqui nos Estados Unidos. Vamos revisar alguns pontos de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Limites mais baixos para relat\u00f3rios<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o atual Programa de Relat\u00f3rios de Gases de Efeito Estufa, propriet\u00e1rios e operadores de instala\u00e7\u00f5es de sistemas de energia el\u00e9trica com capacidade nominal total que exceda <strong>17.820 libras (7.838 kg)<\/strong> de hexafluoreto de enxofre (SF6) e\/ou perfluorocarbonetos (PFCs) devem relatar emiss\u00f5es de SF6 e\/ou PFCs provenientes do uso de equipamentos de transmiss\u00e3o e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9trica. A EPA est\u00e1 agora propondo incluir gases alternativos ao SF6 no c\u00e1lculo e mudar para um volume combinado de 25.000 toneladas m\u00e9tricas. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/energy\/greenhouse-gas-equivalencies-calculator#results\"><strong>equivalente de di\u00f3xido de carbono<\/strong><\/a> (mtCO2e). Em suma, cada g\u00e1s isolante tem um n\u00famero equivalente de emiss\u00e3o de CO2 que ser\u00e1 usado para determinar quando o limite ser\u00e1 atingido. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O equivalente a 25.000 toneladas m\u00e9tricas de di\u00f3xido de carbono pode parecer um n\u00famero grande, mas em termos de SF6, isso equivale a apenas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/energy\/greenhouse-gas-equivalencies-calculator#results\">2.418 libras como o novo limite<\/a>. Isso \u00e9 um <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de 86%<\/span> no novo limite de relat\u00f3rio, sinalizando uma grande mudan\u00e7a no sentimento em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao futuro do SF6. Para ler mais sobre isso, comece na p\u00e1gina 81 do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.govinfo.gov\/content\/pkg\/FR-2022-06-21\/pdf\/2022-09660.pdf\"><strong>Documento de Registro Federal<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedimento opcional de ajuste da placa de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>     Como muitas pessoas sabem, a capacidade da placa de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o GIE e&nbsp;<strong>real<\/strong>&nbsp;capacidade muitas vezes n\u00e3o concordam. Torna-se mais \u00f3bvio ao desmantelar o GIE. Por exemplo, um peda\u00e7o de GIE mostra capacidade de SF6 de 100 libras listada na placa de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o. O Sr. T\u00e9cnico \u00e9 encarregado de desativar o GIE e s\u00f3 consegue recuperar 92 libras, mesmo depois de seguir&nbsp;<strong>todos<\/strong>&nbsp;dos procedimentos adequados. Agora, durante o relat\u00f3rio anual, isso ser\u00e1 mostrado como uma emiss\u00e3o de 8 libras. Isto \u00e9 comumente referido como uma \u201cemiss\u00e3o fantasma\u201d, porque de acordo com a f\u00f3rmula, esses 8 libras de g\u00e1s \u201causente\u201d devem ser uma emiss\u00e3o. Pode haver v\u00e1rios motivos pelos quais a capacidade indicada na placa de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o corresponde \u00e0 capacidade real, incluindo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>O peso \u00e9 baseado no volume te\u00f3rico do GIE.<\/li><li>Revis\u00f5es em equipamentos sem atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de capacidade, ex: buchas diferentes.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Medidores de densidade\/press\u00e3o imprecisos.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>     Com base no feedback das concession\u00e1rias, a EPA reconheceu que as imprecis\u00f5es na placa de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o pareciam ser a norma, n\u00e3o a exce\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 por isso que prop\u00f5em um procedimento opcional para equipamentos maiores que 38Kv que pode ajudar a amenizar esse problema. Se voc\u00ea est\u00e1 procurando equipamento para realizar esse novo procedimento, desenvolvemos medidores de press\u00e3o\/temperatura personalizados, medidores de fluxo de massa, balan\u00e7as e outras tecnologias que est\u00e3o em servi\u00e7o nas concession\u00e1rias da Calif\u00f3rnia que j\u00e1 est\u00e3o realizando esses procedimentos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Toler\u00e2ncias do equipamento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>     Os dispositivos de medi\u00e7\u00e3o usados para medir a capacidade nominal de equipamentos el\u00e9tricos sob esta proposta de mudan\u00e7a de regra devem atender aos seguintes requisitos de exatid\u00e3o e precis\u00e3o: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Medidores de vaz\u00e3o<\/strong>: deve ser certificado pelo fabricante para ser exato e preciso dentro <strong>um por cento<\/strong> do maior valor que o medidor de vaz\u00e3o pode, de acordo com as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es do fabricante, registrar com precis\u00e3o.
