GasQuip Demo Agreement Form

I. Demo units are provided for purchase evaluation on a first come first served basis. GasQuip LLC may approve or decline any request at its sole discretion.

II. The demo period begins on the documented day of delivery. Documentation of return shipment or intent to purchase must be submitted by the 15th day to avoid charges.

III. Extensions may be requested with a minimum of 5 business days notice before the current period expires subject to equipment availability and lessor approval in writing.

IV. All return freight charges are the lessee's responsibility. If lessee declines purchase lessor will not bill for outbound shipping.

VI. All equipment remains the property of GasQuip LLC throughout the demo period.

VII. Lessee is responsible for equipment from delivery to confirmed return. Equipment must be returned in original condition. Damage may result in partial or full reimbursement charges including labor.

VIII. Lessee agrees to abide by all terms during the evaluation.
