THE PROBLEM

Built From What Techs Actually Complain About

Crews don't lose time on gas handling itself. They lose it on interfaces that read like a lab instrument — menu trees a tech has to relearn every outage, cryptic prompts, no clear sequence to follow. They lose it on machines too heavy and too wide to move across a gravel yard without a second set of hands. And they lose it waiting on support that never quite calls back.

Those are the three things that decide whether a cart gets used or gets left on the trailer. So those are the three things we designed around first.

Run It From One Touchscreen, No Manual
Recover, refill, and evacuate are modes on the home screen, not branches of a menu tree. The screen states what it is doing, what it is waiting on, and what comes next.

INTENT 02
Compact Enough for Gravel, Sized for Real Work
Under 32" wide and in the 250 lb class, on large pneumatic tires with a dolly-height fold-down handle. One person moves it across a substation yard and lines it up at the breaker.
—Fits through gates and between cabinets
—Rolls on gravel, not just shop floors
—Crane lift points for truck beds and elevated decks
INTENT 03
Fill One Breaker While You Evacuate Another
Two independent ports — a recover/fill port and a dedicated evacuation port — so two breakers move through the same outage window instead of queueing behind one process.
—Independent pressure and vacuum paths
—Both ports monitored on the same screen
—Fewer hose changes per outage
